The daily rate includes airport transfers on arrival, standard insurance, unlimited kilometres, 24 hour breakdown assistance, additional driver fees, diesel tax and GST (Goods & Services Tax 12.5%). Rates are on a per-calendar day basis.

The minimum hire period is:

April 1st - November 30th 2007 - 7 days
December 1st 2007 - March 31st 2008 - 14 days

Shorter periods may be available subject to availability.

Ask about discounted rates that may apply for extended hires over 21 days.

Any driver must be a minimum of 21 years old and hold a full drivers licence. Licences from the UK, Europe, North America and Australia are accepted in NZ for 12 months. All other nationalities must have an international licence to drive in New Zealand.

If cancelled up to 30 days prior to pick-up, no cancellation fee applies to the booking.

If cancelled from 29 to 15 days prior to pick-up the customer will forfeit the deposit of 30% of gross rental.

If cancelled from 14 to 7 days prior to pick-up the customer will forfeit the deposit of 50% of gross rental.

If cancelled from 6 to 1 day of pick-up  the customer will forfeit 80% of the gross rental.

No-Show customer will forfeit all of the gross rental. 

If vehicle is returned earlier than contracted for any reason at all, there will be no refund for unused portion of hire.

If the requested motorhome is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute a motorhome of the same or better standard at no extra cost. If an alternative is not available our liability shall be limited to a full refund of payment

Rental rates, insurance rates and Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice. Leisuretime Motorhome Rentals reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.

1.Smoking or pets are not permitted in any of our vehicles

2. All vehicles are kept in a safe and road worthy condition. In the event of this situation changing you must contact Leisure Time Motorhomes straight away to rectify the problem.

3. If the vehicle is damaged or needs repair or salvage, the hirer must advise Leisure Time Motorhomes as soon as practicable.

3. Traffic infringements are the responsibility of the hirer.
